When Grupo JOAL begin working almost 20 years ago it started providing services of Internet consulting, such as website development and traditional software. Given the increase on the demand of this last one, the programming area and design started to have its own identity.

It is in 2004 that, given the complexity of the developments and since it had become an internal services provider, it acquires its own identity as K'aan software internet; developer of desktop software and websites.

Two years later, providing the advance of technology, the new tendencies in programming, and the increasing multiplatform integration and distribution, obligates us to specialize even more on internet technologies; which, currently almost our entire developments are underpinned on it.

When observing how many of the traditional business have migrated to the internet, and the desktop applications have been migrated to it, we consider that we have taken the correct decisions, long before other companies did.
